Los adverbios de frecuencia, como su nombre indica, son adverbios que se utilizan para indicar la frecuencia con la que realizamos ciertas acciones.
Los adverbios de frecuencia en inglés son:

ALWAYS- siempre
USUALLY – normalmente (también se puede traducir por "soler")
OFTEN - a menudo
SOMETIMES – a veces
RARELY- rara vez
HARDLY EVER - casi nunca
NEVER – nunca

Van delante del verbo principal, menos con el verbo “to be”, que van detrás.

She never speaks in class / I don't usually go to the beach

She is always late / The weather in summer is usually very good

Para hablar sobre la frecuencia con que hacemos algo también usamos las siguientes expresiones:
